Marybeth Edeen

Ms. Edeen is the International Space Station National Lab Manager for NASA which was formed to facilitate bringing in outside researchers from other government agencies and the commercial sector that would benefit from doing research in the unique environment provided by the ISS.

After joining NASA in 1989, she worked on Advanced Life Support System development and International Space Station (ISS) Environmental Control and Life Support Systems. Most recently she has been responsible for development of the life support, habitability, and exercise hardware required to transition the ISS to 6-crew. Ms. Edeen holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
